How do I delete my account?

Open Stoppy, go to Settings, and tap Delete Account. This removes your data from our systems.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, find Stoppy, and cancel from there.

I lost my progress after reinstalling.

Email us and include the Apple ID you originally subscribed with. We can help restore purchases.
